Uploading Documents

We kindly request that when uploading documents for your application, enrollment packet, or the health office, you do not send photographs (JPEG/HEIC) of the hard copy form. When we receive photos of forms we lose image quality and resolution, making them difficult to read, file, and save, when appropriate.

Instead, please send a hard copy to the Main Office (via you child's homeroom or St. Mary of the Lakes School Attn: Main Office 196 Rt. 70 Medford, NJ 08055) in an envelope, or follow the instructions below to scan and upload a document from your phone.

To "scan" an image from an iPhone:

1. Open the Notes app
2. Click on the camera icon on the bottom
3. Click Scan Documents
4. Position the document in view
5. Click the round button
6. Drag the corner to crop
7. Press Keep Scan on bottom right of screen
8. Send via email to appropriate party
