Online Sports Registration

The Register
Step 1 - Go to sports.bluesombrero.com/smlsports to register online.
Step 2 - Use Check List on left to ensure all forms are complete, required sports on left.
Step 3 - Print these forms and return them to the Main Office c/o SMLAA (*please note sports registration) or complete and scan forms to smlsaaboard@gmail.com. Please note: All forms MUST be completed prior to try-outs or practices.
