Religion

 

The 7th Grade Religion class is aimed at laying the ground work for students who will undergo confirmation next year in 8th grade. We will exam how Jesus lived by studying and reflecting on the Scriptures, especially the Gospels.

As part of their preparation for Confirmation, students will select their saint and conduct research to learn about their saint and complete some projects to become familiar with their saint. In addition, students are required to complete 15 hours of service during their 7th grade year. 

There is a  requirement for students in grades 6-8 to learn specific answers to specific questions for the "Truths of our Faith". In 7th grade we will be working on the questions assigned to the 6th & 7th grades.
