Please complete (1) online form for each student attending 

Drop Off Location: Left side of the school near the Playground entrance Door # 11 

Time: drop-off begins at 7 am, students must arrive by 7:50am, PK-8 students will be supervised until the start of the school day. 

On delayed school opening, Before Care hours begin at 1 hour before the start of the school day or Before Care is canceled. We communicate via school messenger on these days. 

Not available when school is closed due to holidays or snow days

Students who attend on a regular basis: please provide an attendance calendar with consistent days each week, to allow adequate staffing 

Drop-In (Pre-registration required) - 24 hour notification required and availability is based on daily program capacity. Please contact Jim Sterbenz at [email protected] 

No food will be provided, but you are welcome to send your child with a simple breakfast. “NO NUTS PLEASE”, we are a nut and tree nut-free classroom 

Students must follow the guidelines set forth in the St. Mary of the Lakes School Student Handbook and Before and After School Rules
