As our students become the bearers of Christ's light to the world, it is important, in the area of technology, that they learn to evaluate the content they uncover and be responsible for the content they create. Our goal is to encourage students to think for themselves and apply the teachings of Christ to the ethical decisions they make. We challenge students to spread the Good News far and wide.
The impact of technology on an information-intense society directly relates to the education of our students. The student's ability to understand and to use technology effectively is fundamental. Technology, as a tool for learning, necessitates a broader understanding of when and how to apply these tools. Therefore, the aim of our program is to develop competence in using and applying a broad range of technologies to support lifelong learning.
The domain of the computer program is to advance higher order thinking skills by gathering, evaluating, analyzing and communicating in the language of the times.
