The fundraising and volunteer participation of all St. Mary of the Lakes School Families is tracked to ensure each family meets their commitments set forth in the school contract. Fundraising tracking is required for PTA Sponsored Fundraising events that collect money in which fundraising credit is given. Volunteer tracking is required for all PTA sponsored Fundraisers, Social Events, and School Functions. The Volunteer Tracking Form and Deposit Disclosure Form can be used to track both Volunteer participation and Fundraising amounts.
|The PTA Fundraising Tracking Form is to assist you with the tracking of your fund raising commitment. As per your contract, each family is required to:
1) Generate a minimum of $350.00 in Total Fundraising Profit through PTA Sponsored Fundraisers offered throughout the school year.
2) Volunteer on for at least one Fundraiser, School Social Activity or School Service during the school year.
1) Pay $500.00 in lieu of Volunteering and Fundraising for the School Year.
2) $500.00 must be paid by the start of the new Fundrasing year (July 1).
